POTIK CRM is a browser-based operations platform for small service and retail companies — repair and service centres, workshops, auto services, delivery firms, small online stores, flower studios and cafes. It replaces the usual pile of spreadsheets, paper logs and group chats with one workspace: orders on a table or kanban board with configurable status funnels and assigned executors; a lead funnel that converts enquiries into orders; contacts with full order history imported from Excel or CSV; a warehouse that separates on-hand stock from stock reserved against open orders; a cash book with several accounts and a running balance; and a visual editor for printed documents in A4, A5, thermal receipt and label formats. The pricing model is the differentiator. Almost every CRM in this category charges per user. POTIK charges by monthly order volume and number of locations, so users are unlimited on every plan including the permanently free one — a workshop with twelve technicians pays what a workshop with two pays. One design decision worth naming: an order cannot move to closed-won while a payment document is missing, so jobs cannot quietly close with money still owed. Scope is deliberately narrow — there is no accounting module, no marketplace or shipping-carrier integrations and no telephony, and reporting is fixed charts rather than a query builder. Interface in Ukrainian, English and German. Free plan: 40 orders a month, unlimited users, no expiry. Paid plans EUR 19, 39 and 79 per month, with a 21-day trial that needs no card and drops back to the free plan instead of locking the account.
